Thanks to advancements in Natural Language Processing and Artificial Intelligence conversational experiences are here to stay. Conversational UX comes into play in order to embrace the full potential and achieve a seamless interaction between human and technology. 

This talk will cover how to approach the design of several conversational interfaces such as Chatbots, Voice Assistants and Conversational Robots. We will discuss the challenges and explore opportunities for these emerging channels focusing on human-robot interaction.
